Climb the Observation Tower to the 2nd or 3rd level and study the landscape nearby for two Hidden Mickeys. Along with the pelicans on the bicycle, another pelican is standing in a bathtub on the ground behind the Tower. Both the bathtub and the bicycle appear to be powered by motorized fans. The bathtub fan has a black classic Mickey on its red motor housing. (The bicycle image is in another post: Bird Bike Hidden Mickey.)
Disney's Oceaneer Club - Points of Light Peter Pan and other Characters

Walk to Disney's Oceaneer Club on Deck 5. If you have a child participating in the Club, you will be allowed to enter. Otherwise, ask when "Open House" is scheduled and return at that time to explore inside the Club. Admire Peter Pan, Tinker Bell and other characters in points of light on the ceiling.
Castaway Air Bar - Hidden Jessica Rabbit

An image of Jessica Rabbit is hidden in the trees above Castaway Air Bar at Serenity Bay Beach. Stand at the side of the bar with the restrooms and look above the "Daughters" sign (for the women's restroom). You have to move around in the general area to spot Jessica between tree branches above the roof of the bar. She's positioned to the left of and on the same level as the "Castaway Air Bar" sign.

I found a HM on Castaway Cay - from the observation tower (you have to be on the 2nd or 3rd level to see it; you can't see it from the ground). If you look away from the ship, off to the right are two birds (pelicans?) riding a bike - on the back of the bike is a fan. What appears to be a motor attached to the fan has a classic HM on it.

Gaze up high to the rafters of one of the Dining Pavilions near Cookie's BBQ and find a big, fluffy classic Mickey.
Disney Magic - Characters on Ship Hull

On the front of the ship is a design of the characters playing in the water, including Mickey and Minnie on a jet ski, Pluto, Daisy Duck and a reclining Minnie Mouse. In front of the jet ski is a classic Mickey in the wave curl.

In the atrium of the Disney Dream (deck 3), the elevator cover had this cute silhouette Mickey hidden at the bottom.
Pictures on Deck 5 - Hidden Characters

10 pictures grace the wall between the midship and forward elevators, port side. As you face the wall, Donald Duck on a utensil is in the eighth picture from the left, Mickey on pillows is in the sixth picture, (Steamboat Willie) Mickey on a pail is in the third picture, and Goofy and Dopey are in a coffee queue in the first picture on the left.
