On the second floor of Innoventions, there is a big Earth screen and surrounding it is a glass floor. Under the glass are see-through pebbles. Look closely, and you will see a classic Mickey.

Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage: Tomorrowland Cast Members may create temporary Hidden Mickeys, by triple looping spare rope on the submarine docks.
Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage - Plate and Cannonballs

If you sit on the port side of the submarine (as you enter from the front), look for a Hidden Mickey in the scene where Nemo is in the sunken ship. The HM is made from two cannonballs as the ears and a plate for the head.

On the outside rotating murals, find a globe on a pedestal. The "continents" on the globe are (sort of) shaped like Goofy, looking to the right.
