On The Barnstormer ride in Fantasyland, featuring the Great Goofini. There are two Hidden Mickeys just below Goofy's pic to the left and to the right in the scroll work. The classic three circle is there with the lower circle being slightly larger that the top two.

The images are on each side at the top corners of the faux ticket booth window.

I think it could be because it's very unlikely that Disney put 3 swirls there for no reason.
It's close enough to be intentional. I don't think they just decided, "Okay, let's put three swirls in, but not proportioned perfectly to be a perfect Hidden Mickey, just enough to fool everybody!"
I vote no. From a distance they could be, but up close, I think not.
