This Mickey is hidden in the clouds behind the giraffe in the image on the side of the central train car behind Casey. Look for the boxcar with the monkey and giraffes on top. The image is on the side facing the restrooms.

The artist clearly intended to make the cloud that is highlighted appear closer, thereby forming the Classic Mickey, and it is hidden enough from plain view to make it a Hidden Mickey. They must have been showing off their ability to subtly show depth. Good spot, by the way!
