In 2017 on the Disney Channel, just after Lightning McQueen leaves Radiator Springs for the race in California, there is a shot of Flo’s Cafe, and it appears that a Hidden Oswald head is made from the top circle in the 8 and two elongated ears behind the top circle.

This is an easily missed Hidden Surprise. a more intricate and intentional Hidden Disney.
There is a classic Hidden Mickey made of bubbles which has been already identified.
But easily missed are the letters D-I-S-N-E-Y that the octopus is holding and that are missing from the words that border the picture.
